Leroy Wright House (1898) designed by architect William Quayle. A founding member of the San Diego Historical Society, Leroy A. Wright arrived in San Diego in 1887 and later became City Editor of the San Diego Union and a state senator in 1906. The house was remodeled in 2000 and is now an apartment building.
