The Patrick Martin House, built 1905, is Classical Revival style with Victorian influence on the second story. Patrick Martin served with Samuel Fox, George Marston, Kate Sessions, and John Spreckels on the Park Commission during 1907-1915 and was instrumental in getting Balboa Park ready for the Panama California Exposition. Today the building is home to several offices.
