07/03/09	•	Greater Golden Hill Property Owners Letter As an organization, we take very seriously the obligation we have to ensure your assessment dollars are managed responsibly. I find it critical and consider it my strongest priority to communicate with each of you as to how your assessment dollars have been spent. It is with that thought that I reach out to you to give you a detailed picture of how your assessment has been used.Attached you will find a breakdown of how funds were both allocated and over the current fiscal year. This fiscal year was the first full year of operation for the implementation of this assessment. Both timing of the initial allocations and the consequences of staring a new program have led to a reserve that rolled over from the previous fiscal year and we anticipate will happen again this year.Taking those reserves into consideration along with factoring in the current economic crisis we will be submitting an amended budget for the upcoming fiscal year. That budget will include a recommended reduction in your assessment for the upcoming year.
